in addition, be prepared to regard these persons as exempt without further formality for such time as they are connected with the Exhibition. In this event the employer's share of the contributions only under the National Insurance Acts will be payable.

In return for the contributions paid by their employers under the National Health Insurance Acta, those persons who hold Exemption Certificates will be entitled to medical attendance. As it is in your view deairable that these persone should continue to be attended by the two Medical Officers provided by the Hong Kong Government who are specialists in diseases to which Chinese are subject, arrangements have been made with the Middlesex Insurance Committee that they will include these Medical Officers (if, as is presumed, they are registered medical practitioners) in the panel list. The two doctors concerned should forward applications for inclusion, in the form set out on page 44 of the enclosed Medical Benefit Regulations, to the Clerk, Middlesex Insurance Committee, 11, Victoria Street, S.W. On inclusion in the panel lists these doctore will be in the position of ordinary panel practitioners and will be able to receive payment from Insurance Punds. desired arrangements would be made whereby their liability to give treatment under the National Health Insurance Acts would be limited to persons connected with the Hong Kong Section in respect of whom contributions are payable under the National Health Insurance Acts.
